SpeedMeter v1.00: Measure CPU time
This program will measure your CPU time if you
install new software and think some of its driv
are eating time. It will count for a period
of 500 milliseconds and then display the number
of counts. As the counting routine runs in
a thread the displayed value shows how much
CPU time it has used. The higher the value
is, the more CPU time is available. To check
if a new installed program eats your cpu time
you will have to run SpeedMeter before installi
the new software and while running it. SpeedMet
has a built in logging function to help you
remember the counting values.
