Where Tobago, Trinidad and Tobago
When 1998
Photographer David Alan Harvey

The dining room of a small hotel on Tobago offers a poolside seat.

Tobago is the quieter, smaller, half of the dual-island carribean republic Trinidad and Tobago. Dining options range from surf-and-turf combos served in air-conditioned splendor to streetside shanties selling pig trotters (feet) and fried codfish. Fresh-as-you'll-find-anywhere seafood is standard fare at eateries on the island.
