Filipino girls line up to practice a dance routine during a training session to become overseas entertainers. Daily lessons teach the girls how to sing and dance and how to smile sweetly. Training programs provide women with job contacts at clubs (most of them in Japan), with help obtaining visas, and with promises to monitor their welfare and whereabouts.
