It is to help you find every card in the game. If you want help playing the card game, please go to another FAQ. This FAQ concentrates on getting every card in a "cleanup" process. I made this to make it possible to play a perfect game - 254/255 items (excludes Tin Armor) and 100 cards. Since you're in a rush to get to Excalibur II, you simply don't have time to pick up everything along the way. Everything on this list with a few exceptions is repeatable on Disk 4. In other words, you can never miss the cards that are not exceptions. You can always get these later. Only two cards must be received before Disk 4: Carrion Worm and Namingway. You can get these two on Disk 3 before you go to Terra. There are 4 main ways to get cards: - "Buy it": Some cards can actually be bought from someone. - "Win it": You get these cards by playing with someone and winning the card. - "Acquired": These cards are dropped by enemies. You have a 1/3 chance of getting an enemy's dropped card. Ozma *always* gives you its card when you beat it, however. - "Get it": It's one of the Chocobo treasures. Exceptions Legend ** You can't get this card at the very end of the game, so get it earlier. ## There's only a finite number of these cards, so don't lose them. If you know of an "infinite" method to get a card on Disk 4, or a way to get Carrion Worm or Namingway on Disk 4, email me. Please don't tell me about playing against Gilgamesh - he disappears as soon as you have an S rating so I don't count him.
